The villa is located only 500 meters from the charming village of Kampos, where you can find a local taverna, a small bar, a mini market, a typical Greek church where many summer weddings take place, as well as a children’s playground. Kampos beach, considered one of the best on the island with its shallow, sandy, clear water, is only a five – ten minute drive away, as are several other popular beaches.

The position of the house has been carefully selected and sits on a large property of land, creating a sense of tranquility, yet close to anything required. The orientation is ideal, shielding it from northern winds and overlooking Kampos beach from one side and mountain scenery on the other.

Around 4km away and only a 10 minute drive from the house, is the main town of Skala where the central port is located. Here you can go for a stroll around the local women’s boutique stores, shop handcrafted goods for your home or for basic necessities in grocery stores and deli shops. You can sit in one of the many cafes and do as the Greeks do, and sip coffee slowly whilst people-watching, or go for evening drinks along the waterfront.
