Our villa was built with hand crafted local stone and can be described as timeless and elegant. A variety of local Mediterranean plants embellish the landscape, adding to its uniqueness and beauty of the surroundings. Situated in a nine thousand square meter plot of land, by the town of Kampos and Kampos bay, it is surrounded by unspoilt natural beauty and has spectacular views of both the mountain and sea.

The villa itself is 280 sq meters and is separated into two autonomous units, the main house and the guest house, providing guests with independent and comfortable accommodation.

Main House

This is separated into two different levels, the ‘lower’ and ‘upper’, each with its own independent entrance. In total there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one kitchen and one living room

Upper Level

This is one of the main ‘gathering’ points of the villa and consists of the main entrance with private parking, a master ensuite bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor dining area.

Lower Level
On the lower level, you can find two interconnecting twin/double rooms, one bathroom and a terrace overlooking the garden.
Guest House
This separate, autonomous unit is a detached guest house with two identical double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. It is only a few steps away from the main building and pool area, yet has its own shaded pergola, separate dining area and outdoor kitchen. The exterior and interior has been furnished with the same modern, minimal style of the main house, including white, hand painted stone walls that help keep it cool during the summer months.
