The main house at Villa Joy is thoughtfully designed across two levels, each with its own private entrance for enhanced privacy and convenience. It features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to savor home-cooked meals, while the spacious living room offers a cozy retreat for relaxation.

The upper level of Villa Joy serves as one of the villa's main gathering points. It features the main entrance with private parking, a beautifully appointed master suite, and a spacious living room. The fully equipped kitchen opens to an inviting outdoor area, where a dining table sits under a pergola. A second pergola by the pool provides additional shaded seating, along with a lounge and a BBQ area.

On the lower level, you'll find two interconnected twin/double rooms that offer flexibility for guests, along with a shared bathroom. This level opens to a terrace overlooking the lush Mediterranean garden, offering a peaceful space for relaxation. The terrace is also ideal for meditation, yoga, or exercise.

Guest House

This separate, autonomous guest house offers two identical double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom for privacy and comfort. Just steps from the main building and pool area, the guest house features its own shaded pergola, a private dining space, and an outdoor kitchen, perfect for enjoying a Mediterranean meal.
